Do we still need a DJ if we have a silent disco?
No, not necessarily. You can run prepared playlists yourself, but a DJ can add live music selection, requests, announcements and crowd reading.
The right choice depends on the style of wedding. Silent disco describes how guests hear the music; it does not require or replace a DJ by definition.
